Contact me within: 5 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 10 days of delivery
Request a cancellation: before item has shipped

I don't accept exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.

Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. We will refund the purchase price of the products but not the initial shipping costs, unless the reason is due to negligence on our part. If free shipping was included due to crossing a purchase amount threshold, the amount of shipping that would have been paid will be deducted from the refund amount when the reason for return is not due to negligence on our part.
